Hello,

 

Recently fitted a Powerlink2 to my Powermax Complete, have followed online guides and setup port forwarding etc so I can access it remotely via my own DDNS link - but can't connect to it using the app or get email notifications.

 

I've set the IP address in the panel comms settings to be the Visonic server as the guides said (can't remember the IP off the top of my head) - but when I do a check or deliberately set off the alarm it fails.

 

Also - what should my 'ID' be set to? There's nothing specific that I can see on what I should put there.

They say speak to Visonic - but I've read Visonic don't talk to end users.

 

Anyone else configured email alerts etc without a Monitoring solution?
