scooter999 Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Hi, we have two XP400r's and one of them shows the error 'no record' when attempting to playback saved footage on three of the eight cameras configured on it.. The footage is saved internally to the drive and other cameras on the same system are fine. We were trying to setup motion detection on one of the cameras so it only recorded footage when motion was detected - needless to say we could not get this to work apart from saving it to the local pc we were running the XCMS-Control software on. Problem is, we had little or no training on this system and I am finding that online support for these systems is basic. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Scott Quote
