You've port forwarded to your own computer by the looks of it?? Port forward and the DMZ is set up for the IP 192.168.1.7....... and looking at the /ipconfig it seems 192.168.1.7 is your own PC? You should be port forwarding to the CAMERA address which is 192.168.1.8 by the looks on your settings!

 

Change the 7 to a 8 and it should work. But like above, also change to static...

Like I said forget the Samsung icon on the website it doesn't always work

For PC use smartviewer and phone use the samsungipolis app

i make the changes in the picture below and i can see my cameras frome the explorer

 

http://192.168.1.200

 

as in the pic

 

also feom samsung mobile app  i make the changes as the pic

and i can see the camera

 

the quation now if i go to another place so i will change me mobile network i think i will not see the camera

 

what i can change now to see my cameras frome any place at any network

Change your port forwarding and DMZ to the ip address 192.168.1.200.....

i can see now on my computer on

192.168.1.200

and from mobile by samsung app

uf i travel now to another place will i see the cameras ?

if not

what can i change from the last picuter to see from any place ?

Put ipolis details in

Change to ddns

Put your device name you chose from Samsung after the /

Set port 4524

Set username admin

Set password to whatever you selected

Then turn WiFi off on your phone before trying to connect
