Jan3398 Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Hi I need help with our system which was in the house when we bought it. Yesterday the upstairs ring main was switched off to change a plug socket, and since then the PIN pads (3) around the house don't work. The passives all bleep for a few seconds when activated by movement, and the PIN pad at the back door shows zone 1 activated and continually bleeps. The main alarm panel shows no activated zones. Has anyone got a clue of what the problem might be and how to put it right please? Quote
