I wonder if someone could assist, I install intruder alarms, usually texecom and paradox. I have a customer with a Caddx / Networx NX8 V2 Panel, his system is programmed for two separate partitions, which is working fine ( no shared zones on either partition ). I have connected an Led to PGM 1, to show armed status of partition 1 and an Led to PGM 2 for armed status of partition 2 ( both PGM's are confirmed allocated for required partitions and not mixed).

If i arm partition 1 on its own, Led 1 turns on and off as required, likewise, if i arm partition 2 on its own, Led 2 turns on and off as required.

My conundrum starts here, if i arm either partition, the corresponding Led turns on, if I then arm the next partition, the first Led turns off and the second turns on, when I disarm the second, its Led turns off and the first remains off even though its corresponding partition is still armed. This happens regardless of which partition is the first to be armed / disarmed.

I then assumed that the current drawn from both outputs was too great for them, and therefore the panel would shut one down, my corrective action was to then have the LED's powered by aux power, with their own relays each being triggered by the corresponding output, yet the same occurs.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what can I do to resolve this issue.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
