Nieldmail Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Hi my niece is buying a brand new home, how good are the wireless systems?? Which is the best?? Need one with vib sensors (pets!!) Quote
datadiffusion Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Its likely modern pirs or motion sensors will be fine with pets, unless multiple, large dogs etc... Quote So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
sixwheeledbeast Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Issue with shocks is they can be triggered from outside the premises, so therefore cause false alarms. Issue with cats is they jump on furniture and false activate many "pet friendly" PIR's. Quote
al-yeti Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 depends on system and how its setup, never had a problem with shocks/vibration sensors Quote
