Its likely modern pirs or motion sensors will be fine with pets, unless multiple, large dogs etc...

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

Issue with shocks is they can be triggered from outside the premises, so therefore cause false alarms.

Issue with cats is they jump on furniture and false activate many "pet friendly" PIR's.

depends on system and how its setup, never had a problem with shocks/vibration sensors
