it happned twice after I have set the alarm. one in afternoon and one the night. i din't use it for a long time. is it due to the battery? how can i test it?

To test it correctly you would need a battery tester and they are over £200

But what people are hoping you can tell them is the zone that triggered it is always the same zone or not,

The reason people try or suspect battery first is it can cause random alarms,

But sometimes it's just as easy to get a company to check it,

Can you see the last things that triggered it using the event log???
