Gabs Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be able to give some advice on how to wire up this alarm, e.g which terminals would be for the tamper and which would be zones, it isn't easy, but someone out there may know how to connect it up, it was made by Revdun Electronics Ltd and it is very high quality Here are some pictures... Thanks in advance Quote
Gabs Posted April 24, 2016 Author Posted April 24, 2016 I have a bit of a collection of old alarms, this is by far the oldest, and I just needed help wiring it up, it isn't like an Accenta or anything else, do you have any idea how to connect it up? Quote
MrHappy Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Don't know which is more tragic Gabs posting or me replying.... Can't recall touching a "DS100" the pic shows pots for for entry & exit times, There appears to be 3 zones "F" Full? "P" Part? "E" Entry? Then PA Zone Buzzer Outputs Then Bell output I'd guess the lines show circuits? Outer terminal & Inner terminals for the 3 zones PA is terminal next to one another Bell tamper return outer terminals Link everything out hold the case tamper in & turn the key, if you (well me) has cracked it should start to set.... Gabs Posted April 24, 2016 Author Posted April 24, 2016 Thank you, I will try that, I was worried in case I shorted something out, there are no fuses inside the panel, so that's not good, I will try it, and hopefully it'll work, anyone herd of 'Revdun Electronics' before? Quote
