Guest RICHL Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 Disturbing Advice Guys, I had some ladders snap in two on me not long after I started in this industry, I would never recommend this to anyone else. I was off work for 3 weeks. 28530 As I said dave it was not advice.
Paul Giles Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 Why is the guy not ssking an alarm company in? Seems no one even gets quotes PG Security Systems Somerset SSAIB Certificate of Merit Installers. www.pgsecurity.co.uk
Guest RICHL Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 I used "the third way" only on Tuesday Disused building and I went to remove our kit, the adjacent businesses complained about the siren (it had no cut off!). 28534 Ive only done it once, an estate agent rang me to shut off an alarm on an empty rented property and there was gale force winds at the time so no way was I going up a ladder!
Brian c Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 Ok I give in, what's the third way?! If you don't know......ask.
Guest spbaldock Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Thanks for help guys, I am too tight to call someone in! I think the only option is to kill it by cutting the wires, as the ladder would have to be put in someone's back garden (no oppotunity to park a car there!) and the angle would be too risky for me. What's the third way??? (Call Tony Blair in?)
