Pyronix Enforcer won't talk to me !

Hello,

 

I am trying to activate phone call in Pyronix Enforcer 32-WE.  I have tried putting my phone number instead of ARC, my phone is ringing well when alarm is triggered but nothing happens when I take the call(no message).I read that ARC messages are DTMF tone, so, How can I have notification on my mobile phone when alarm triggering ?

 

Another one question,  Can  I call to Enforcer from a phone to activate my alarm or deactive it remotely ?

The Enforcer (as im aware) is text only.

 

You need to leave the ARC number in and on the next menu it will allow you to input your phone no.

 

The only control methods are via the HomeControl+ which is a different panel.

Night Owl is correct the Enforcer 32-WE is text only! up to 4 mobile numbers I think

HomeControl+ gives you a lot more features with the app, setting / un-setting, receiving notifications etc
