I have tried to enter engineer mode, it does not work I have disconnected the battery-power off-poweron-code ####, still not work. can anyone advise me how to solve this problem without call out an engineer? james.wilson
you need to call your service provider they will send someone as it shouldn't have an issue with a small power cut. PeterJames
Optima is the model, the manufacturer is no longer. Is there no phone number on the external box? It could be a diy system so you may have to get the yellow pages out and try and find someone willing to come out to it.
