I'm really confused in regards to both of the comments, I paid for the alarm system and see no reason why I should have to contact the alarm company for such a small job of adjusting the volume. The question I will be asking is why has the Engineer code been changed.

I do not wish to be calling the company each time I want to adjust something on the system that's ludicrous.

Thank you for all your replies.

Security..... you'll normally find that do a 1/2 decent job change the codes of their lock, alarm, router ect... from 1234 or whatever it leaves the factory with

go on google, find the manual default the system back to factory engineer code,

I had an alarm company install it several months ago but it's not a monitored system and still under warrenty. It's not a problem calling them out but I doubt it will be free of charge.

What's the warranty cover ? And is the alarm attached to your insurance ?

I wouldn't bother replying, looks like the OP is now unregistered. Close topic?
