old keyswitch panels help

hi, does anyone know anything about these two panels. 

i recently got them off an alarm installer as i am a collector.

Yes, you may struggle to find spares as I'm pretty sure they're obsolete now

i have gave them a good polish up and a good wipe over so it makes them look in good condition
