1animal1 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 Good point, so remote keypad required to counter?
lymebayalarms Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 ...guess he would have captured it all on his cameras.... ;-)
lymebayalarms Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 Or if you are going to use the app and remotes, just locate the panel elsewhere. OR you can hardware a keypad into the panel....if you can find a sensible route for the cable, ideal. The wireless arming station is a bit pants to look at IMO

1animal1 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 i like the idea of just the fobs - the worry is the fobs not offering 3 programs, but then i guess the app can be used where the fobs cannot? On another note - how expensive are the PIR's! £40 each... different to the £5 jobbies i've fitted in past houses - admittedly wired.
lymebayalarms Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 90% sure you can program the fobs for 3 sets, (full, part 1, part 2) would need to check the book though.
james.wilson Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 you cant compare the 2. look into wireless security on your 2 systems. but if you want cheap then security and reliability are not top 5 on your list of requirements securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
1animal1 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Posted October 24, 2016 Thanks for all the replies so far. I'm not after cheap - i just want the best for my money - I don't want to pay extra if all I'm getting is something trivial. When i sourced my cameras i noticed you can easily spend a fortune and easily end up with rubbish.
