I would bet there is an issue with your camera PSU, either insufficient consumption or more likely it has developed a fault. It won't cost the earth to replace so just swap it out and that should solve the issue.

Buy better TV ?

 

Question what TV model is ?

 

You could take the DVR to someone else where it might support the resolution then in the menu , change it to lower resolution and then bring it back to yours 

 

 

But you must have an old TV if it doesn't display most models are atleast 1080p now and the DVR should have auto switched aswell
