Guest Docan Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 I have a Sterling 10 alarm system made by Pyronix. Whilst re-routing wires carrying out general renovation the wire to the outside alarm box was cut. This has now been reconnected. However, there is still a tamper message displaying on the control panel and I am unable to clear this. Does anyone know what the procedure is that needs to be followed to get my system reset?
norman Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 First make sure that the bell & aux fuse are ok, :!: If you are at all unsure get a local company to do this for you as there are mains voltages inside the control, :!: then...enter the user code twice Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Adi Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 With a hammer. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
