ElecTech Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Is there any reg or government law that states these cant be used on a built up residential premises? The 120DB/mains powered type. Quote
Lwillis Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 All master blasters must be fitted directly above the keypad for use on bell tests 4 Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 I don't believe there is a regulation to specifically ban them in built up areas. All the domestic blasters I have fitted have been indoor, blasters are easily defeated so they have to be mounted hidden and out of way. The only issue I could see sound wise is neighbours complaining to LA over excessive noise pollution, either because of the volume or if a fault occurred and the blaster ran with no timer. Quote
norman Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 If a neighbour of mine had a blaster that went off for no reason they'd be picking it up off the floor. 1 Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
firemonkey Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 (edited) I do love the master blasters.... Though only in large open spaces, wiring one up at home and turning it on makes for a quick unplugging Edited March 9, 2017 by firemonkey Quote
