Theadius Posted March 13, 2017 Posted March 13, 2017 Hi. I am hoping that someone can give me a steer on this one. I am working for a client who is transferring maintenance and monitoring to me from an existing provider. A couple of their sites are CSL dualcom systems. The previous company has written to CSL allowing the change over. Can someone tell me the steps needed to take over from this point. Its not something I have done before. I look forward to your thoughts. Quote

MrHappy Posted March 13, 2017 Posted March 13, 2017 Devices are marked with ICCID Sim No. Data No. Chip No. You'll need 1 or more of these bit of information to port it out, former ARC or former Installer may be really helpful & provide you with this information. I'd normally replace the signalling device, Quote Mr Veritas God
Lwillis Posted March 13, 2017 Posted March 13, 2017 Speaking from past experience you would be better of changing the unit out -Upgrade it to UDL while your at it too. Its usually a ball ache getting them transferred. Quote
james.wilson Posted March 13, 2017 Posted March 13, 2017 id pull out the Dualcom myself and put something better in. Have you not seen my videos on catastrophic failure?
