I meant the baseline hik firmware the w-box skinned firmware is based off of is 3 years out of date. If you try to upgrade with hik firmware it tells you it's the incorrect firmware for the device but if you tftp it it goes right on.

We've always had a dyn account that we supply to our customers free upon install but charge for call outs when they change their ISP or they default their router. For the price of the dns it's a no brainier.
