Anybody know how to reset the admin password?

Last time I did this I had to speak to vista tech, from memory I had to give them dvr model number etc / clock time / date & they told me a code to type in

there may be a easier way though

Spoke to them yesterday and that's what they said.

Yep done this on older Quantum's Time, Model and MAC address I think.

Don't know of another way other than calling tech.
