padraig Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 If the alarm goes off for any reason when we are out, the system doesnt dial out until we return and key in our code to disarm - it then dials out! Weird or what! Any suggestions on how to resolve please ? Thanks Padraig. Quote

sixwheeledbeast Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Lots to assume here... Yes, something is misconfigured. It's certainly not weird, just not right. I would say you have a dialler attached to the Premier system so the issue isn't necessarily at the panel. Is your system self installed or do you have a installer? Again I'd assume that you installed it as in the DIY section. How long has this been happening and how old is the system? What equipment do you have connected to the system? How it is connected? So we could point you in the right direction. Quote
james.wilson Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 six is correct. There are assumptions to jump at but we do need more info. Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

Probably something like wrong polarity or output connected to dialler , so when you disarm it is sending the trigger to the dialler Assuming it's an external dialler and so on If it's old system did you change settings somewhere ? Or new and not sure how triggers and outputs work so wrong connection Quote
