MrHappy Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Never seen a cylinder Snapped in the real work, maybe this great "how2" video might encourage it ? Quote Mr Veritas God
al-yeti Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Common , no one cares though , they keep putting the standard cylinders everywhere Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 I snapped a cylinder that had gone faulty (slipped cam) last week to get into a premises. I also agree with above, you are sold expensive doors with multipoint locking systems and many fit cheap cylinders as standard. Friend had a Rock Door fitted recently, the handle fitted with the screws heads outside and the most basic euro cylinder. This replaced a five lever mortice in a hard wood door. Quote
al-yeti Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Lock Smith's carry a tool slides over cylinder end tilt up and down fees seconds your done I didn't have patience to watch video lol if that's what he did Quote
