Hello i have a wired honeywell 20P with a 6160RF keypad,the home is new and this was installed with it.i want to convert this to wireless so i 

can  monitor it myself.Now it is being monitored by comcast cable which includes my tv and internet in a package deal and my contract is up.

I just need to no what to buy and what options i have.

Hi Mike, this is a UK (British) forum so there is unlikely to be anyone here familiar with that kit.

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

So I assume you mean you want to take over the monitoring

 

And you will also need the engineer code from the maintainer

right now I have a hardwired system that runs all the wires threw the walls in the house and what I wanted to do was convert that to wireless,I guess I thought 

that honeywell security was in all countries,sorry.

You could just install a Risco Wireless system as a stand alone system. Once you've disconnected your old system the wires would be useless.

Why would the wires be useless. Imo if you can get a wire there you should. Those will still be there
