Hi all,

I'm Ryan. Currently working for a national security company as technical support preforming remote programming changes, assisting eng's etc. Been looking through the site at some of the funny tidbits from jobs and just general stuff about the alarms in general.

I have a keen interest in the security industry since starting at my current company and I'm slowly progressing through to eventually become an engineer (hopefully service rather than install).

Due to the amount of information available on this forum, though I'd sign up and see what this place is all about properly.

So nice to meet you all, hope your days going well :)

With ref to trade only sections, as stated above I'm technical support so a "remote engineer", not sure if this would apply to me being able to get trade status or not, so if anyone could advise :)

I would personally suggest that if you work for a national, doing installer side work, whether remotely / IT based or not then you would qualify.

However, do search for 'TSI Trade' for the full list of non-job related rules before applying.

Welcome!

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
