Mark Rider Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 Hi a question, with the euro 46 control panel having 8 inputs/zones that's 8 sensors. Right ? So when i add the LCD panel to the control panel I can add another input direct to the lcd panel. So have 9 inputs/zone total is that right ? One other question Magnetic contacts would you run more than 1 on each input/zone ie a window with 2 openings. And have the contacts in series. ? Thanks very much Mark Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 One device (sensor) per zone is best practice, it makes it easier to locate any faults in the future. Quote

Mark Rider Posted August 7, 2017 Author Posted August 7, 2017 I did think 1 per zone. But having only 8 inputs will have more sensors than that with 2 PIRs and about 10 or 11 door/window contacts . Has anyone fitted the pyronix euro 46 ? As looks like I can have 1 if not 2 inputs of the LCD panel Thanks Mark Quote
petrolhead Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 2 inputs on each keypad, and for more inputs just fit a zem Quote
Mark Rider Posted August 7, 2017 Author Posted August 7, 2017 Great thanks Just to confirm 4 wires to contact 2 tamper and 2 power. And run eol on each contact ? Mark Quote
