mattydee Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 i think ive misunderstood the part set function of my veritas alarm panel (excel , lcd keypad ) my question is if i set zone one of suite one to E/E does this mean the that zone one of the other three suites will be E/E as well or can the zones of the other three be a different program type ? example suite 1 zone 1 E/E suite 2 zone 1 Guard suite 3 zone 1 inhibited suite 4 zone 1 back to E/E ps this is only an example many thanks any help is great Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 From memory you don't set zones per suite on an Excel. The zones are only enabled or disabled using the full and part suite options. The type changes are in another menu and are global for part, so you have it's full state and part suite(s) state that's it. Quote

mattydee Posted August 19, 2017 Author Posted August 19, 2017 i am electrician and work for myself , i often get asked if i can fit an alarm but most of time i turn them down so i bought a system and just played around with it i had no real issues with it except the ones above ie not sure if the bell box has to be set to sab or scb with just one bell . and im also unsure what the going rate is to fit and install a system on a customers house hope thats a bit clearer thanks Quote
