jnealon Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Just a heads up that the the latest firmware 3.3.5 blocks a lot of dial capture units. If the HKC panel sees anything under 30v or so you will get a line fault error. MiniAir units and their clones seem to be impacted Quote www.realsecurity.ie
al-yeti Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Thought all this was resolved , maybe just for you they blocking lol Quote
jnealon Posted September 4, 2017 Author Posted September 4, 2017 Maybe just an Irish thing but they previously blocked the serial port to third party digis Quote www.realsecurity.ie

datadiffusion Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 (edited) Or turn off built in LF detection I suppose as a temporary fix? Not ideal, but there are other ways to show failure / disconnection of the actual unit. Can 'line failure' also be a zone type, in order to override bell timers though?
