Have you powered the whole system down and back up?

i have done this before to clear network errors.sounds like you may have some interference or a ****** panel, have you tested for induced AC and checked the cable insulation?

 

please note though, not all TS 2500 come back to life from a full power down

lucky for me, mine are immortal

The psu was a major problem on these does not like to keep 17 ah battery fully charged.  it uses the battery  like a giant smoother capacitor if the panel powered any thing other than the sas or redcare   it pushed it to its limit so  had to always power network and detectors from separate psu
