xpertalarms Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 ADT are a nightmare, we recently had a client who was with them for 6 years and on the last visit they setup as a standalone system but never defaulted the eng code. Site badly documented and zones not named very well. Just crashed and reprogrammed Quote
SFB Solutions Posted November 15, 2017 Author Posted November 15, 2017 Thanks for the help and replies people, I will assess and see what state the equipment is in. Quote

petercts Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Hi If the system requires a level one response [police] adt will retain the urn. It is easy to rip the panel out and replace with new Texecom or Eaton , adt takeovers always throw up a hidden gem usually no cable to the sas or cables not marked zone list missing etc must of changed several hundred over the last five years 2 Quote
norman Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Several hundred? Wow. Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
