Installed this system a few days ago and the customer is reporting that the system has been activating at certain times of the day. Could this be down to a neighbour with the same kit and their key fob is setting the system they installed plus their own? Surely the fobs are set to different frequencies if that’s how they work.

Have you looked at the log to see what is activating?

Need to check the logs not much point guessing.

They could jam each other but are enrolled to the panel so wouldn't arm each other.
