Do the detectors light up when you walk in front of them?

Yes they all light as they should. There are 5,PIRs and a make and break on the front door.

There’s definitely no other devices like PA buttons?

It’s just stopped working suddenly one day?

how old is the panel battery?

so that makes 6 zones, and you say that leds 67&8 are lit when trying to set, what are wired into zones 67&8?

Not sure about what is in 6,7 &8.But on attempting to set her alarm they light up and the alarm will not set.

The battery was changed on 5/16 along with a service by the company that installed the system.
