It's a common problem with all texecom veritas panels with the voltage regulator    it doesn't even have to be overloaded for it to get very hot    I never seen one that has not had this problem   its just the design flaw all of these have 

 

Just make sure to replace the battery and check the charger

Thanks i usually change the battery when it can not hold it any longer when the power cuts happen. Which Charger i need to check ?

Make sure you get around 13.6 volts on the battery leads

so i need to have 13.6 volts reading on the battery.

 

Is this without connecting to the panel ?
