jonnyboy Posted March 1, 2003 Posted March 1, 2003 I'm new to the industry having being employed earlier this year as a manager for a security company. The first part of the induction process involved training as an engineer which I enjoyed very much. Unfortunately the company I worked for turned out to be , let say pretty dodgy and I had a fall out with the boss and left. I'm quite interested in the engineering side of things and would like to carry on trainig if at all possible. I haven't been successful in finding a trainee engineer position anywhere so I guess I'm a bit stuck. I have a good knowledge of the basics and would just like to build on that really. Does anyone know if there are colleg course or other ways of getting the knowledge you need?
Guest spider Posted April 6, 2003 Posted April 6, 2003 You could try MANCAT, Manchester college of arts and technology in Manchester, they do NVQ courses in security systems
