Service Engineer
I dont think you can still buy the XL6 keypad membrane, but I think you can fit an external keypad so if all else fails you can use the one off the Accenta 8, only drawback being that the keypad shows zones 1 to 8 instead of 1 to 6. £21.95 + P&P Power Saver Website or £17.25 + P&P TLC Electrical Website ........................................................ Service Engineer
Oh well we all get confused from time to time. The new OPTIMA, The Accenta`s and the New G3 Versions can all take keypads. But your right, The older Optima XM`s and XL`s cannot. ........................................................ Guest kenny james
B) thats the problem with the ade on board keypads the ribbon cable would eventually wear it self out its a shame they didnt invest in ribbon cable alot thicker than the wafer thin cable supplied which attached the keypad to the pcb board maybe this is why they made the later models were they could be connected to a seperate rkp?
