Ever since I installed Home Control + app to my phone, I have had this ongoing, sporadic issue; when I go to log in, this message appears: "system is not polling to the cloud", or it will say "no internet connection". Obviously, I am then unable to log in. As I said, this happens sporadically, as I can sometimes use the app.Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?Thanks in advance! Gav Quote

Gav1978 Posted October 18, 2018 Author Posted October 18, 2018 My mobile has displayed full signal strength at times of not polling. I am currently ending my contract with BT to go with Talk Talk, so perhaps this may resolve the issue? Will report back with the results. Quote

If the signal is important use something that polls and ensures the path is actually there.
