Guest anthony davis Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 have a customer with galaxy 5oo no groups. when alarm activates customer enters their code and keypad shows system disarmed, but the outputs remain active ,bells peizos etc until engineer code is entered. !!! checked programming dual codes etc nff unable to find fault spoke to galaxy who had no answers has anybody got any ideas and what the problem might be, any sugestions !! please e mail
Guest Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 sounder outputs wired to strobe? - or wired to switched +ve - which would require eng reset? Just afew suggestions. Some signalling systems require an eng to fully unset system.. Also the code being entered might be a "cleaner" code - and you may need a supervisor code at least to silence bells?
