I have problem with connecting Risco CS to Cloud server. It indicated that

Number 2001

Module Engine

Communication engine opening failed

Please help me

Are you the engineer?

 

Or you need to contact the engineer , thought you need them to connect to cloud?

 

Is it because risco has started charging and you have been disconnected?
