Hello

i want to change the user alarm code. Don’t have any cleaner codes set, just part set 1 & 2.

i have the engineer code, checking the manual seemed a little confusing , referring to user, main and master codes....

as as I understand it there is the user code to set the alarm on exit and unset it on entry, and the Engineer code...

could someone kindly give me a simple step procedure just just to change the ‘ master’ code ?

thanks

Is there option in engineer menu to change the master or reset the master code to default? And then perhaps inturn log in with master code to change user code

I am guessing but some other systems are like that

Yes there is an option, but it’s all the yes no responses, don’t want to mess it up, so if someone could give me an easy guide.....

thanks

Use the code you want to change then you can't mess anything up.

Be something like Change Code > Yes.

Manual is in downloads.

Put in existing master code,

press no until program codes is on display.

press yes.

display will ask which user.

master code is 1 so press 1 then yes.

enter new code then yes.

press 0 until back to time and day on display.

( master code no 1 is always at master level)
