Guest matt Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 I am trying to find a user manual for an intruder alarm system, unfortunately there is NO identification on the alarm control panel, as to who it was made by. Can anyone give me any idea, as to how I determine the make of this control panel, so that I can then try and find a user manual for it ?
Service Engineer Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 Youll either need to describe the panel as best you can, or post a picture of it. Its very rare that the panel should have no markings at all. Does it have a seperate Keypad? and are there no markings on that? ........................................................ Guest matt Posted August 28, 2003 Posted August 28, 2003 The control panel has the number '9448' on the front. It has a key pad to the right with the numbers 0 to 9 and keys for OMIT and ENTER. To the left of the keypad is a column of LED's: from the top: Power, Day, Entry/Exit, Zone1, Zone2, Zone3, Tamper and Panic. The '9448' is under the column of LED's. There are no other markings.
Guest dale Posted August 28, 2003 Posted August 28, 2003 ermm, I wonder if it could be the Scantronic 9448? lol D
