will cpi Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 hi; we just installed a new intruder alarm system and the technician got into the menu of the Galaxy 2-12 C012. but now we cannot access the engineer code. is there a way how to masterr rest/factory reset the system so we will start from scratch please. thanks Quote
