Hello wondering if anyone can help. I have an infinite alarm which I armed on the remote keypad when I left but when I returned I could not disarm it by either the wireless remote pad or the main keypad, entry set the alarm off. even trying on the main pad the keyboard was lagging in delay, about 10 seconds with each press and the display losses all text for a period. I have checked the mains supply and the internal battery and both metered out ok. I cannot get into any menu.

Any ideas

Thanks in advance

Perhaps it is being jammed?

Are you saying the onboard keypad also does not work correctly , I don't know this alarm , I think it's DIY alarm, but just giving you ideas

It's not a brilliant bit of kit I assume its been a self service?

I almost opted for this stuff years ago as a cheaper option , then realised the grade one wired Honeywell was better even if no wireless

Hello Yes there is a delay in responding when keys press, and the display lights up but text disappears then takes about 10s to return. initally though it was a supply issue but checked incoming suppl and battery voltages and all ok there. even checked the two fuses , again ok.

Being Jammed ??

Hello James,

Yes self serviced, coming from Engineering I like to fix things myself ....where possible.

Would that be self serviced or never serviced ?, Your reply to Peter says you don't remember it being serviced.
