We've installed about 30 of these over the last 6 months, all signalling to our own CS and they do tend to be quite reliable. The shedules can take some getting used to as well as the IT aspects but as a PC based DVR, they beat Honeywell's Transpac system hands down for features. I get cheaper technical call charges now as they have a new base in Warrington.
