I have recently moved into a property that has a Scantronic 9651 system. The previous owner does not know the code. Can I reset it & enter my own code?

But you want to reset codes only , not reset the panel is best way

I would suggest you contact the installer or a local company and have the system serviced.

No point changing the code if you don't know if everything works. There are also parts that need maintenance, voltage checks and replacement batteries.
