Gardtec problem

Has any one come across this before on the Gardtec593.

Situation. New system out of box ordered for the customer in march. After connecting all connections found that PIRs would stay illuminated and RKP would go through random sequences and then go blank (Key Pad is LED type)

After checking voltages I found that Aux is running at about 8Vdc and the other + connections are fluctuating from 8 to 12. DC charging OK? and AC input after step down is running at 19vAC. Obviously a power problem after rectifyer but has any body ells had problems resonately

It was about March that we had a batch of about 4 593's (Poly Carb Case) that all had dry joints around the fuse holder on the PCB.

It would drop out the Aux, loose the RKP for a while and activate the Hold Off on the SAB.

We re-soldered them on site, but did raise it with Gard Tec as an issue, as we also had a couple of 840's with loose fuse holders too.

Never got a proper response though, and to be honest, we were too busy to pursue it with them at the time, but we have not had any such problems since.
