Not sure what the process would be to setup two links we are trying to confirm that the unit has failed. If you put a wire link between each set of the terminals to ensure its not external. Im thinking as the built in reed isnt working your fault is here or external. norman Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Remove the black and blue and place a wire link where they were and do the same for red and yellow and report back. You will also need to hold down the tamper switches and reset the panel or put it back in the casing and place the lid back on correclty. Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
