lancepar Posted April 30, 2020 Posted April 30, 2020 Hi, The management want me to start a new thread on this old system, but no help as to where to start it, so If in wrong place stick it where it should be. Question. System works as it did when I installed it around 1990 but the outside bell don't ring anymore. I could replace the whole lot but why? Before I have a look inside the bell box can anybody remember what was inside? I'll leave it there at the moment and see what developes. Cheers Quote

sixwheeledbeast Posted April 30, 2020 Posted April 30, 2020 Pretty sure they are SCB's on that age Bentley. Maybe even positive trigger? I would be checking the panel and it's outputs respond correctly to an alarm activation with a meter before even considering the ladders. Quote
