Intellisense keypad 'dead'? How to get system up and running... help please.

I have same keypad and I have renewed the battery and red light under number 8 is constantly on can you help please

Did you get a solution to this. I have exactly the same keypad and its just gone on the blink so would like to buy a replacement but cant find one online?

They've been obsolete for years, you may drop on a second hand one but could be back to square one. 

 

Better updating the system to something more modern imo.

new old stock from ebay or get you hand in your pocket & replace the controls
