Alarm master database export in excel

Hi All 

 

I hope somebody could help me extract my customer database from an  old copy of alarm master and hoped to find a way of exporting the customer databse out into excel as we are unable to find the manual

 

any help would be great thanks

Its not that simple, we paid just under £1.5k to get our transfered to our new database
