UnicornHamsterPig Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 Morning all and thanks for the add. I am an electrician and hoping to learn more about alarms. Are there any courses or recognised entry routes into the trade? Noticing a bit of a crossover at times when I restore power to an aging alarm I installation and get the blame for dead batteries etc... Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 C&G 1853 would be the current qualification into the industry. Being a spark you may find other short courses being more suitable like ones from Tavcom. Much of the practical side of the job you learn best as an apprentice within the industry. Quote
