Hi,

 

I have a Risco Agility 3 security system.

 

The system has worked great for the last 6 years until to the other day when the alarm refused to arm.

 

I received the error code; “Zone 4 Lost” (my first floor landing sensor). I thought it might be a battery issue so I replaced all the sensor batteries and reset the system .

 

This seemed to solve the problem for about an hour and then the “Zone 4” sensor connection was lost again.

 

Any help or suggestions to resolve this issue would great fully received!

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I have the basic user manual but I guess that won’t include instructions on how to reset / reprogram it.

 

Do you know where I can get hold of instructions for this?
